Information about our services, and a way to contact us or book a call. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer, and nothing here is financial, legal or business advice on which you should act without speaking to us.

The figures shown here

Results shown on this site are real outcomes for the specific clients named, over the periods stated. Advertising performance depends on your product, market, pricing, margins and competition. Past results for one business are not a prediction of what will happen for another, and we do not present them as one.

The assistant

The assistant answers from our own published material. It can be wrong or incomplete, and any price it gives is indicative rather than a quotation. Nothing it says forms a binding commitment — confirm anything that matters with us directly.

Engagements

Work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, term and any guarantee. Where those terms conflict with these, the written agreement takes precedence.

Our content

The text, design and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Client names and logos remain the property of those clients and are shown with their consent.

Liability

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
