Who we are

What we collect

  • Anything you type into the enquiry form or quote tool — your name, email, company, ad spend range and message.
  • Details you provide when booking a call through our scheduling provider.
  • Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, including the pre-written text you chose to send.
  • Standard analytics: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location, browser and device.
  • Advertising identifiers where you arrived from a Google or Meta advert, so a booking can be credited to it.
  • Anything you type or say to the assistant on this site, and the answers it gave.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to your enquiry and run the call you booked — our legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted us.
  • To measure which adverts and pages produce enquiries, so we do not waste money — legitimate interest, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
  • To improve the assistant’s answers.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that make the site work: our scheduling provider, our email provider, our analytics provider, Google and Meta for advertising measurement, and the provider running the assistant. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and call records are kept for as long as we are in contact and for two years afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s standard retention period. Ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we are using it, or withdraw consent. Email hafridi778@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function, and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies that tell us which adverts produce enquiries. You can change your choice at any time.
